Four years before the code

Before retraining as a developer I spent four years at EMANO DEVELOPMENT GmbH — in project quality management from 2019, as Scrum Master from 2020 and as Business Analyst from 2021. Gathering requirements, facilitating the process and naming risks early was daily work there, not theory.
