Server logs

When the website is accessed, technical access data is logged: the requested address, time, amount of data transferred, status code, browser identifier and the truncated IP address. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR; the purpose is operation, security and error analysis. The logs are deleted after 7 days. IP addresses are stored in truncated form and not in plain text.

Contact form

When the form is submitted, the following information is stored and delivered by email:

  • Name
  • Email address
  • Subject (selection, free text if applicable)
  • Message
  • Language of the page
  • Time and version of the consent
  • IP address as a peppered hash (not in plain text)
  • User agent as a hash (not in plain text)

The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR; the purpose is processing your enquiry. The data is automatically and completely deleted after 6 months. The IP address is stored exclusively as a non-reversible hash value — to prevent automated abuse, not for identification.

Cookies
